A percentage of healing is done in the privacy of one’s own life but at a certain point we must bridge what we’ve learned to the world around us. This is the integration - how does our individual healing tether to collective healing? Individual healing must involve relational healing. Women’s groups and ceremonies are a bridge to normalizing the sharing of our lived experience, what we’re releasing, and what we’re stepping into in a safe space. We are able to expand beyond the work we can just do on our own by learning the nature of healthy interdependence. In these spaces we practice voicing truth, deep listening, and the sacred art of connection amongst fellow-spirited women who are eager to grow and evolve.
