The Maya Abdominal Massage is a sacred somatic practice that opens the sacral center—the portal of creation. Rooted in the healing traditions of midwives and wisdom keepers from Belize, Guatemala, and Mexico, I am grateful to have been initiated into this ancient technique, which I now carry forward with reverence and care.
