Bree & The Work
Bree Vanzutphen is an embodiment mentor and women’s guide with over 13 years of teaching experience, weaving somatic and embodiment practices into everything she offers. Her work is devoted to tending the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of the Self—not as separate parts, but as an integrated, living whole—and incorporates elements of earth-based ritual and sacred practice.
At the heart of her work is the intention to hold space for others to unravel the conditioning and subconscious programming shaped by upbringing, society, and collective consciousness—the patterns that often restrict authentic expression and embodied truth. Through womb-centered spirituality, shadow work, subconscious reprogramming, and ritualized practices, Bree supports people in reclaiming the aspects of Self that have been fragmented, suppressed, or forgotten along the way.
Through her own healing journey, Bree has learned that the path from unconscious to conscious requires releasing what does not truly belong to us. As we let go of inherited density and internalized narratives, we create space to remember who we are on a soul level. This remembering allows mind, body, and spirit to reunite—not only in practice or ceremony, but in the way we live, relate, and make choices each day.
Bree values freedom, truth, authenticity, conscious choice, community, and a deep connection to both Self and the divine. She sees life as a continual unfolding—an invitation to actively participate in how we inhabit each moment. She believes that individual healing ripples outward into collective healing, and that embodiment is a living practice of devotion, integrity, and presence.
The through line of her work is to walk this path alongside others with reverence—honoring the ever-present process of healing, embodiment, remembrance, and evolution.
“Protect what is sacred by becoming the living breathing embodiment of it through daily action. Protect the heart by moving from it.”

“Our body is earth, the great teacher and reminder that we are organic matter. Our life is not a dialogue of immediacy - it is an organic evolution of our innermost mattering.”
• NOTES FROM BREE
“True liberation is a freedom of the heart. Here's to all the seekers and visionaries who remember that love and courage go hand in hand. That truth and love have the same root. I am grateful for every day as an invitation to humbly embody my own heart - I know this to be the work of my lifetime. It is an honor to show up to that daily work.”
