Paradigm Shift is a class rooted in Kundalini kriyas set to music — designed to help shift your self-paradigm. Using active breath techniques, we work to transform ingrained habits, patterns, and behaviors that no longer serve the truth of who we are.
Breath creates coherence. Breath creates flow.
As the body finds greater coherence, we naturally create space from the incoherent thought patterns — those mental loops and imbalances that distort our experience.
