Paradigm Shift is a class composed of Kundalini kriyas done to the beat of the music, designed to shift our self-paradigm. Through the active breathing techniques, we are able to change our habits, deeply ingrained patterns, and cycles of behavior that don't actually serve the truth of who we are. Breath creates coherence, breath creates flow. So when we start to have more coherence in our physical body, essentially what it does is give us space from incoherent thought patterns, meaning the ways the mind is working that are actually imbalanced. And this is what Paradigm Shift is all about - being able to follow what serves our highest alignment and to have a strong steady mind that gives us conscious choice and agency in our lives.
