Yoga

A practice that tethers breath, movement, and awareness together to find harmony in body, mind, and spirit.

Active Breathwork

A release technique utilizing the breath to move through suppressed emotions in the body.

Mindset Tools

Techniques designed to work through limiting beliefs.

 

Meditation

A practice to create space between you and your thoughts.

Body Evocations

A tool to release physical tension in a hypnotic state.

Integration Sessions

Discuss what is coming up for you so that it can be understood, integrated, and embodied.
One 1-hour session live with Bree each week.

 

THE PROCESS Includes

 

Workbook

A 38 page workbook with exercises to guide you through the entire program.

Integration Sessions

90 minute group processing session live with Bree each week.

Breathwork

One private breathwork session/month with Bree throughout the program.

 

Recordings

A new recording of yoga, meditation, and body evocation (Bree’s version of hypnosis) will be sent each week that caters to what stage of THE PROCESS you’re working through.

Access + Support

Weekly emails from me to keep the integrity of the container. Access to me via email for questions and support throughout the program.
